Heritage Homes began building homes in Saline County in 2006 after owner, Joel Green, graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Joel has always worked in the construction industry and built homes with his family, but after college he decided to make his dream of having his own business a reality.  He started out building 2 homes a year with the guidance of his father-in-law Jeff Mabry and now Heritage Homes builds up to 25 homes a year. Heritage Homes is a family owned business. Joel is a dedicated husband to Jennifer and proud father to sons, Kamden 6 and Kase 1.  Joel, Jennifer, Kamden and Kase are members of New Life Baptist Church in Avilla. Jennifer oversees administrative duties and coordinates interior and exterior color and design for Heritage Homes. Jennifer also works for Baxley-Penfield-Moudy Realtors and can assist with any real estate needs. Kamden and Kase is also quite the little helper. Don’t be surprised to see him on the job site with his tool belt and hard hat on. Heritage Homes builds in several subdivisions including Stonehills, The Woodland, Magnolia Village, Hurricane Meadows, Stonegate, Andres Place, Remington Place, Pinewood Estates, Eastridge, Northview, Hidden Meadows, and various other properties throughout Saline and Pulaski Counties.  Joel Green has received the Saline County Contractor of the Year, Saline County Man of the Year, and Saline County Boss of the Year for 2011 and 2012, and credits these awards to his dedication to his community.
